Most company cultures suck. A bad company culture will kill a great business. I saw this firsthand. The opposite is also true. A great company culture will be a lifeline for a struggling business. I built a company in a dying industry that survived and thrived because of it's culture. A great company culture with a great business will be unstoppable. I built one of these as well.
